SESSION TIMETABLE

Each of our sessions run for 1 hour and bookings are essential as class sizes are kept small to ensure all clients receive personalised service and guaranteed results.

 

We recommend a minimum of one session per week and for greater results two sessions per week are encouraged.  Our flexible appointment system ensures easy access to a time that best suits you.

 

Before you attend your first session, print out our questionairre, fill it out and bring it with you. Then contact us to book in your preferred time.
